2025-26年 年末年始のオペレーションに関して・Operation During the Year-End and New Year's Holidays 25-26

    年末年始のオペレーション（郵便物の取り扱い）に関して、以下の通りご案内申し上げます。期間中はご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解いただけますようお願い申し上げます。


    2025年12月29日 (月):

    • 最終営業日です。

    • 弊社住所をご利用の場合、12時までに受領した郵便物は登録されます。

    • 回収オプションをご利用の場合、以下のとおりの取り扱いとなります。

    月曜日が回収日で午前回収のお客さま

    変更はございません。通常通りの処理をいたします。

    月曜日が回収日で午後回収のお客さま

    2026年1月5日 (月) に登録いたします。


    月曜日が回収日ではないお客さま

    2026年1月5日 (月) 以降、通常通り回収をいたします。

    • 15時までのご依頼につきましては、当日中に対応いたします。

    • 郵便物に関するご依頼、お問い合わせ等の受付は15時までとさせていただきます。お問い合わせの内容によりましては5日以降のご対応になりますこと、ご了承ください。


    2025年12月30日 (火) 〜 2026年1月3日 (土):

    • 休業期間となります。お問い合わせ対応、通常の回収オプションの提供はございません。


    2026年1月4日 (日):

    • 郵便物の登録・スキャン作業等のみ営業いたします。お問い合わせ対応及び回収オプションの提供はございません。

    • 休業期間中に弊社住所に届いた郵便物の登録作業、休業期間中のご依頼について、この日より順次対応いたします。


    2026年1月5日 (月) 〜 2026年1月7日 (水):

    • 年始の郵便物増加を鑑み、通常の15時までの当日対応は取りやめ、ご依頼から24時間以内の対応とさせていただきます。


    2026年1月8日 (木) 〜:

    • 2026年1月8日 (木) より通常通りのオペレーションを再開いたします。

定期配送：

  1. 2026年1月14日 (水)より行います。2026年1月13日（火）の15時までにアクションされた郵便物を定期配送にてお送りいたします。

Thank you for always using atena. We would like to inform you about the handling of mail during the year-end and New Year holidays as follows. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

December 27, 2024 (Friday):
  1. This is the last business day of the year.
  2. If you use our company address, mail received by 4:00 PM will be registered.
  3. For those using the collection option, the handling will be as follows:
    Customers with Friday as their collection day and morning collection:
    There will be no change. It will be processed as usual.
    Customers with Friday as their collection day and afternoon collection:

    Registration will be done on January 5th, 2026 (Monday).

    Customers whose collection day is not Friday:
    		Collection will resume from January 5th, 2026 (Monday).
  1. Requests received by 3:00 PM will be handled on the same day.
  2. Inquiries regarding received mail will be accepted. Depending of the inquiries we may answer after January 5th.

December 30th, 2025 (Tuesday) - January 3nd, 2026(Wednesday):

  • This will be a holiday period. Inquiry responses and regular collection options will not be available.


January 4, 2026 (Sunday):

  • Only operations will be available. Inquiry responses and regular collection options will not be provided.

  • Mail received at our address during the holiday period and requests made during the holiday period will be handled sequentially from this day onwards.


January 5, 2026 (Monday) - January 7, 2026 (Wednesday):

  • Due to the increase in mail volume at the beginning of the year, the usual same-day response for requests made by 3:00 PM will be suspended, and responses will be made within 24 hours of the request.


From January 8, 2026 (Thursday) onwards:

  • Normal operations will resume from January 8, 2026 (Thursday).


Periodical Shipping:

  • Periodical Shipping will resume from January 14th 2026 (Wednesday). 
    All the mails received by 3:00PM on Tuesday January 13th will be sent in this shipping.
